RETURNS POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at glamthreadsclothing@outlook.com. Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during any promotional sale (including discount codes and seasonal sales) are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not offered on sale items.

This includes our Spring Sale collection.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items (refunds not offered)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised items
- Beauty or personal care products


EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns. If you would like a different size, please let us know when requesting your return.


EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Please note: Sale items remain exchange or store credit only.


REFUNDS

For full-price items only, refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after approval.
